ESTEVE's commitment is to establish the best possible partnerships to ensure the successful development of our projects into novel medicines. We are open to discussing and developing any interesting licensing projects.

Joint Ventures
ESTEVE has built a number of Joint Ventures (JV) with selected partners to both diversify our business and bring innovative products and services to patients, consumers and our clients.
Joint Ventures can be classified in different categories based on the nature of the business:
Pharmaceutical Joint Ventures: ISDIN, a dermatology company set up in 1975 in partnership with Puig, an international leader in fragrances and cosmetics.
Innovative Healthcare Joint Ventures: ESTEVE-Teijin Healthcare (ETH), established in 2009 with the pharmaceutical Japanese company Teijin, providing home respiratory therapies, including medical oxygen for home care.
Fine chemical manufacturing Joint Ventures in China with Huadong Pharmaceutical Group:
- Zhejiang Huayi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (ZHP) el 2000.
- Esteve Huayi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (EHP) el 2005.
